In 2012, the State Route 0422 corridor went through a traffic signal overhaul to help alleviate stacking and congestion. All signals from Railroad Street, Palmyra to Center Street, Cleona were replaced. The project was organized by opens in a new windowLEBCO MPO as the Congested Corridor Improvement Program (CCIP).
