Above are a few Ordinances that serve a most common interest among Township residents.  Below are some additional regulations that we find equally important.  All others can be reviewed and copies are available for a nominal fee at the Township Office during normal working hours.


CHAPTER 85 - SNOW REMOVAL - Requires property owners to remove snow from sidewalks within (24) hours after snowfall ends.


BUILDING? Contact the Lebanon County Planning Department with questions and information about building permits.  The Department serves as the Township Zoning Enforcement Officer.

CHAPTER 53 - BUILDING CODE - The CABO code for one and two family dwellings prescribes minimum standards for construction, alterations, and occupancy of one and two family dwellings.

CHAPTER 103 - ZONING - Requires building permits for new structures, enlargement of existing buildings, regulates property uses in various districts, and controls sign uses.
